In our fully equipped quality control laboratory within the production facility, all tests required by TS EN 196-1 are performed daily. All our instruments are calibrated annually by TÜRKAK accredited (AB-0128-K, AB-0220-K) laboratories.

  • Package net weight verification — 1,350 ± 5 g

  • Curing cabinet temperature record (20±1°C)

    Particle shape, silica content and impurity control at raw silica sand entry.

    Washing, drying, sieving and classification. Automatic control at every stage.

    Self-Control

    Moisture and sieve analysis for each batch. Recorded in FR-14/FR-15 forms.

    Packaging

    Packaging with 1,350 g ± 5 g precision. Sealing control of plastic wrap.

    Strength Test

    2, 7, and 28 day compressive and flexural strength tests. CEN comparison.

    Shipping

    Shipping with FIFO principle. Delivered with fully traceable lot information.
